Returns & Refunds Policy
Online Store Terms & Conditions
We accept returns for both faulty products and change of mind reasons.
Our returns policy lasts 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return a product, please follow the below procedure:
- Please advise us via email at info@thefarmco.com.au or phone us at 1300 327 626 within 7 days of delivery and quote your invoice number.
- If your product is faulty, this needs to be reported to us within 7 days of your delivery with photographic proof. After this period, any faulty product will be subject to that manufacturer’s warranty procedures and time frames. This differs between manufacturers. Please contact us for more details.
- If you are returning a product due to change of mind, the product must be returned unused, unopened and in all original packaging.
- Please do not send returns before requesting a Return Authorisation number.
- After you have received your Return Authorisation number, you will be responsible for shipping the product to us (unless it was faulty on delivery). FarmCo will cover the postage of the replacement for a faulty product.
Please note: Only regular priced products may be returned. Unfortunately sale products cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are faulty.
Shipping
If you are returning a product over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
