We are completely independent, and we are proud to only source farm and rural merchandise products of the best quality so you can be assured you’re buying the best.

The VIP Membership is a loyalty rewards system for our customers and is completely free to join. Every time you purchase your farm supplies from us, you’ll earn points which can be redeemed against future purchases.

We have tracking numbers associated with each order shipped. Sometimes, it can take up to two business days for a tracking number to be generated. For any reason, if a tracking number is not provided immediately or after the two business days, our friendly team will be able to source it for you. Just contact us here.

We aim to have our shelves stocked as much as possible in a timely manner. Sometimes there are delays with our product deliveries or even stock unavailability. We always endeavour to inform you immediately of any delays or unavailability. If you are unsure or would like to confirm before ordering, please don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email for more information.

If your delivery hasn’t arrived within 10-14 working days, please contact us so that we can follow up.

Our flat rate shipping covers up to 15kg. If your purchase is heavier, we can source the best shipping quote or use the courier of your choice.

FarmCo has two stores – one in Yerecoin (which is also our headquarters) and another store located in Moora. Both situated 150km north of Perth, these stores are stocked with our farm and rural supplies and merchandise. In addition, we have distribution warehouses in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Our distribution network allows us to ship farm supplies to you as quickly as possible, wherever you are in Australia.
