The innovative insulated Rope Picket Cap will fit onto Y-pickets even if the Y-picket is bent on top. It can be installed in both directions on the Y-picket depending on fence requirements. The poly tape is exposed stopping animals from tampering with the cap leaving little or no chance for the cap to be knocked off the Y-picket.
