Effective Parasite Control for Pigs

Kilverm targets a wide range of parasites in pigs, including large roundworms (Ascaris suum), stomach worms (both mature and immature), nodule worms (Oesophagostomum dentatum), lungworms (Metastrongylus spp.), and mature kidney worms (Stephanurus dentatus) – the latter applicable in NSW and QLD only. Administer Kilverm as an oral drench at 1mL per 2kg live weight or mix into feed. For optimal results, ensure pigs are slightly hungry before dosing to encourage swift consumption.

Protect Your Poultry

Kilverm is also effective in controlling the most common intestinal worms in poultry such as large roundworms (Ascaridia galli), caecal worms (Heterakis gallinae), and hairworms (Capillaria spp.). Simply dilute in drinking water and administer first thing in the morning for maximum efficacy. Repeat treatment after 14 days if worm presence is confirmed.

Active Ingredient

Kilverm contains 14g/L Levamisole, equivalent to 16.5g/L Levamisole Hydrochloride, a fast-acting anthelmintic that targets and eliminates internal parasites.

Important Usage Guidelines

• Contraindicated in extremely hot weather

• Use clean water and withhold normal drinking water before dosing

• Suitable for poultry and other birds – dosing must be based on accurate weight

• Can be administered without dilution if preferred

• For picky drinkers, honey can be added for palatability
