At Farmco, we use live shipping rates through Australia Post to ensure you’re always getting the most accurate and cost-effective delivery option based on your order’s size and weight. No guesswork—just fair pricing tailored to your order.

Accurate, Real-Time Shipping Costs
We use live shipping rates from Australia Post to calculate your delivery costs at checkout. This ensures you receive the most accurate and cost-effective rate based on the weight and size of your order.
Heavier or bulky items (over 15kg) may incur higher shipping fees. These will be clearly shown before you confirm your order—no surprises at checkout.

Same Day Despatch
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend may take longer.
Special order items or goods not regularly stocked may also require additional time.
Our head office and warehouse are located in Western Australia.
You will be notified promptly if any delays arise.
Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are securely shipped via Australia Post or Australia Post Express.
Standard shipping across Australia generally takes 3–10 business days, depending on the services available in your area.
If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, a $10.00 + GST administration fee will apply.
If you would like your order left without a signature, please note this at checkout. In such cases, delivery will be at your own risk.
Use your own shipping
- if you have a transport company that you use regularly, and wish to use them to pick up your goods, then simply pick ‘custom’ under shipping method on the checkout page. Then click on ‘Contact regarding own shipping’, and tell us your arrangements.
- We will need the transport company’s name and address, contact number, and contact name, and of course your full contact details.

For added peace of mind, you can choose to add insurance to orders over $100. This protects your parcel in the rare event of loss or damage during transit.Signature Required
Selecting this option ensures your parcel won’t be left unattended. The delivery driver will obtain a signature upon delivery for safe and secure handover.
International Shipping – Currently, we do not ship to international destinations outside of Australia.
