Cobalex 2000 B12 Injection for Sheep and Cattle

Cobalex 2000 B12 Injection treats and controls Vitamin B12 deficiency in sheep and cattle. It delivers a readily absorbed source of Vitamin B12, promoting metabolic function and energy production. The product contains 2 mg/mL of Hydroxocobalamin (as the acetate), providing longer-lasting Vitamin B12 levels than cyanocobalamin.

Benefits of Cobalex  Injection

Vitamin B12 plays a key role in enzymatic processes that regulate metabolism, appetite, growth, and energy production. Stored in the liver, it is vital for maintaining healthy livestock during critical times like pregnancy, growth, and post-weaning. Cobalex Injection is well-tolerated when given subcutaneously, offering a safe, effective solution for managing deficiencies.

Recommended Dosage for Cobalex 2000 B12 Injection

  • Sheep: 1–1.5mL before lambing

  • Lambs: 0.5mL at marking or weaning

  • Cows: 4–6mL before calving

  • Calves: 2–3mL from 2 months of age

The dosage may vary based on the severity of the deficiency. For the best results, consult an animal health advisor for advice specific to your herd or flock.

Administer Cobalex 2000 Injection subcutaneously. Store the product in a cool, dry place. It should not be used in dehydrated or unwell sheep and should only be given after confirming cobalt deficiency.
