Akula Lice, Fly and Worms is a concentrated Ivermectin multi-purpose treatment for use in sheep of all ages. Akula can be used as a jetting fluid or as an oral drench for treatment of blowfly strike and biting lice in long wooled sheep.
Active Ingredient: Ivermectin 16 g/L
Withholding periods:
– Oral Drench:
Meat: Do not use less than 14 days before slaughter for human consumption.
Milk: Do not use in lactating ewes or within 28 days of lambing where milk may be used or processed for human consumption.
ESI: Do not use less than 21 days before slaughter for export.
– Jetting Fluid:
Meat: Do not use less than 7 days before slaughter for human consumption.
Milk: Do not use in lactating ewes or within 28 days of lambing where milk may be used or processed for human consumption.
Wool Harvest Interval: Do not use less than 6 weeks before shearing or fibre collection.
ESI: Do not use less than7 before slaughter for export.
Storage: Store below 30°C in original container and protect from light.
