We are Australia’s friendly, family-operated farm & rural supplies store, and deliver all over our country from our distribution bases in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

$15 Flat Rate Standard Delivery
- Our standard shipping charge is $15*
- Delivery costs are determined by weight, so bulky or heavy items (+15 Kg) may incur additional delivery charges. This will be clarified, prior to confirmation of your order.

Same Day Dispatch
- We aim to dispatch ALL ORDERS within 24 hours of payment confirmation, unless items are special order or not a regular stocked item.
- Our store and head office is located in WA and we have warehouses in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We will always work to dispatch your order from the warehouse closest to you*.
- You will be notified immediately of any delay with your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
- We use Australia Post, Startrack Express and Toll to safely and securely deliver all of our orders.
- Standard shipping within Australia takes between 3 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery services available to your area.
- Any goods that are undeliverable, from the first attempt, will incur a $10.00 + GST administration fee. If you wish your order to be left without being signed for please put a note in the comment box at the checkout. In these circumstances, the goods will be left at your risk.
Use your own shipping
- If you have a transport company that you use regularly, and wish to use them to pick up your goods, then simply pick ‘custom’ under shipping method on the checkout page. Then click on ‘Contact regarding own shipping’, and tell us your arrangements.
- We will need the transport company’s name and address, contact number, and contact name, and of course your full contact details.
- Any goods that are undeliverable, from the first attempt, will incur a $10.00 + GST administration fee. If you wish your order to be left without being signed for please put a note in the comment box at the checkout. In these circumstances, the goods will be left at your risk.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not ship to international destinations outside of Australia.
*dependant on product weight – heavier or bulkier items may incur additional freight charges. $15 shipping applies to products up to 15kg.
